For generations our company has been cultivating and producing durum wheat considered “our Puglia’s gold”. This cereal is the basis of the Mediterranean diet because of its high protein and nutritional content.

The quality of the end product has always been the main aim and pride of our company right from the time of our ancestors: the constant and careful search for selected seeds, the care in soil preparation, combining traditional methods with the most advanced technologies and the continuous monitoring of fields make our objectives possible. All this is thanks to favourable climatic conditions: of particular importance is the ripening stage which takes place naturally under the rays of the summer sun. This stage is the one that guarantees the golden amber colour which is characteristic of our wheat.
